We're curating 65 booths and stations, local, mountain, western, boho and experiential makers who fit the districts couples come here to explore. This isn't a generic booth hall. It's a mountain wedding town, and every vendor has a place in it.
For more than twenty years, this mountain corridor hasn't had a wedding fair to call its own, even as destination weddings, intimate celebrations and adventure elopements kept growing here. We're building the one couples have been missing, and we're personally hand-picking the businesses that fill it: makers with passion and purpose, the ones who leave couples saying "this is exactly who we've been looking for." The Founding Vendor Program
No discount, something better. The first approved vendors become Founding Vendors of Canada's mountain wedding fair, and that title carries weight every year after. These perks are designed to reward the businesses that back the fair from the very beginning.
