Lodges, hotels & cabins

Partner lodges, hotels and cabins, with booking codes, are being added here as we confirm them. Expect everything from mountain lodges to family-friendly hotels and cozy cabins in and around Hinton and Jasper.

Shuttle. A fair shuttle is planned between key lodging areas and the venue. VIP tickets include shuttle services. Routes and times confirm closer to the event.

Parking. On-site parking with an overflow plan will be detailed once the venue is confirmed. Carpooling and the shuttle are encouraged on peak days.

Accessible Transport. Accessible transport options will be available. Email us with your needs and we'll make sure you're looked after.
