Ticket Terms & Refund Policy
These terms apply to tickets purchased for the fair. Final terms are confirmed at checkout when tickets launch.

Purchase & pricing
Advance pricing is available for a limited time and is higher at the door. Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner; applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout.
Day selection & capacity
General Admission and Bride Tribe tickets are valid for one selected day. Weekend and VIP tickets are valid all three days. Capacity is managed by day, and some days may sell out.
- Choose your day at checkout for single-day tickets
- Each guest (including kids and Bride Tribe members) counts toward daily capacity
Refunds & transfers
Tickets are generally transferable to another guest. Refund eligibility and any deadlines are shown at checkout; some tickets may be non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Entry & conduct
Tickets admit one person (except group bundles). We may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively. Please follow venue and staff instructions.
Photography
The fair is photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in event imagery used for promotion, unless you tell our staff otherwise on site.
Changes & cancellation
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will typically be honoured for the new date. In the rare case of cancellation, our cancellation terms at checkout will apply.
