When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets launch July 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time. Join the waitlist now and you'll get first access, plus advance pricing before doors.
What's the difference between a 1-day, Weekend and VIP ticket?
General Admission covers one day of your choice. The Weekend Pass covers all three days. VIP adds the lounge, priority fashion show seating, early entry, a welcome tasting, a swag bag and shuttle services.
Can I choose which day I attend?
Yes. General Admission and Bride Tribe tickets let you select your day at checkout. Each day shares the same districts with its own seminar and fashion show lineup.
Do kids need a ticket?
Children under 12 attend free, but they still need a free kids' ticket so we can keep each day safely within capacity. Little ones are very welcome.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Our full refund, transfer and exchange policy is published with checkout when tickets launch. As a rule, tickets are transferable to another guest; refund windows are listed in the Ticket Terms.
What exactly is Meadows & Mountains?
It's Canada's mountain wedding fair, a three-day destination wedding marketplace in the Rockies. The fair is built like a mountain wedding town with nine experience districts where you can plan, taste, book, learn and experience your future wedding.
When and where is the fair?
The fair is hosted in the Rockies near Hinton and Jasper, Alberta. Exact dates and the final venue are confirming now, join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment they're locked in.
What is the Summit Fashion Show?
It's our signature runway event in its own dedicated room, a theatrical mountain-wedding story told through bridal fashion, custom suits, western style, jewellery, hair and makeup. General seating is included with every ticket; VIP gets priority seating.
Do I need to register for seminars and workshops?
Most sessions are first-come, first-served with your ticket. A few hands-on workshops, like Jamie's Wedding Vision Board Lab, may need a reserved spot. Look for the “Reserve” label on the schedule.
How do I get there?
The Rockies near Hinton are about a three-hour drive west of Edmonton (YEG) along Highway 16, with Jasper National Park roughly an hour further west. See the Travel + Stay page for drive times, lodging and shuttle details.
Where should I stay?
Hinton and Jasper offer everything from mountain lodges to hotels and cabins. Partner lodging and booking codes are being added to the Travel + Stay page, check back as we confirm them.
Is there parking and a shuttle?
Yes. On-site parking and a shuttle are planned, and VIP tickets include shuttle services. Parking and shuttle details will be confirmed on the Travel + Stay page closer to the event.
Is the fair accessible?
We're committed to a welcoming, accessible event. Fashion show seating includes accessible options, and venue accessibility details will be published once the venue is confirmed. Email info@mmwedfair.ca with any specific needs and we'll help.
Is the event family-friendly?
Absolutely. Under-12s attend free with a kids' ticket, and many districts have hands-on, family-friendly moments throughout the weekend.
How do I become a vendor?
We curate 65 booths across the districts. Start with the vendor application, choose your district and tier, tell us about your fit, and our team will be in touch with next steps. Founding Vendor spots are limited.
Can my brand sponsor the fair?
Yes, from naming rights to owning a single district or experience. Request the sponsor deck on the Sponsors page and our partnerships lead will follow up with availability.
